The management committee is the highest authority of the alliance, which is composed of two plenipotentiaries appointed by each member law firm. Every member of the management committee has the right to participate in all discussions and deliberations of the management committee and make suggestions and criticisms. The management committee adopts the voting method of "the minority is subordinate to the majority". General matters need to be approved by more than half of all members, and major matters need to be approved by more than two thirds of all members before implementation.
